After production is completed, shipping will follow the standard delivery timeframe listed above.
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
– customs clearance procedures
– severe weather conditions
– transportation disruptions
– local courier delays
– peak holiday seasons
Firefly Studio is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Firefly Studio is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
All sales are final.
Firefly Studio does not offer refunds for:
– change of mind
– incorrect size selection
– delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
– refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes
Refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
– wrong item received
– defective or damaged item
– missing item in the order
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package and must include:
– order number
– clear photos/videos of the issue
– original packaging
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit at Firefly Studio discretion.
Due to the complexity and high cost of international shipping, we currently do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review sizing information before placing an order.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
– your order number
– clear photos/videos of the issue
Approved cases will be reviewed individually by Firefly Studio.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
– sale items
– accessories
– bikini / swimwear
– custom-made or pre-order items
Firefly Studio reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
