REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.
Firefly Studio does not offer refunds for:

– change of mind
– incorrect size selection
– delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
– refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes

Refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

– wrong item received
– defective or damaged item
– missing item in the order

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package and must include:

–  order number
–  clear photos/videos of the issue
–  original packaging

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit at FIRELY STUDIO discretion.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the complexity and high cost of international shipping, we currently do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review sizing information before placing an order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

– your order number
– clear photos/videos of the issue

Approved cases will be reviewed individually by Firefly Studio.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

–  sale items
–  accessories
–  bikini / swimwear
–  custom-made or pre-order items

Firefly Studio reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
