DELIVERY SCOPE

Firefly Studio provides worldwide shipping to countries supported by our shipping partners. Shipping availability may vary depending on destination regulations, customs restrictions, or carrier limitations.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
Firefly Studio is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or import taxes and the shipment is returned or abandoned, the order will not be eligible for a cash refund.
Any approved compensation will be issued as store credit only.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to accept all applicable customs duties and related charges required by their country.

PRE-ORDER / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS  

Some items may be produced under a Pre-Order or Made-to-Order basis.
Estimated production time will be clearly stated on the product page. If an order contains both ready-to-ship items and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
Customers who wish to receive ready-to-ship items sooner are advised to place separate orders.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During collection launches, holidays, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may take longer than usual. Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIME

1. Ready-to-Ship Items

–  Vietnam: 2–5 business days
–  Asia: 5–10 business days
–  USA / Europe / Canada / Australia: 7–14 business days

Shipping time is calculated from the date the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.  

2. Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items 

Production time varies depending on the item and will be specified on each product page.
Estimated production timeframe: 

–  7–21 business days

After production is completed, shipping will follow the standard delivery timeframe listed above. 

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

– customs clearance procedures
– severe weather conditions
– transportation disruptions
– local courier delays
– peak holiday seasons

Firefly Studio is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Firefly Studio is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
